Open for all legal businesses regardless of the place of registration. The promotion of gambling, betting, and smoking industries is banned. All members should sign the membership agreement and accept Business Club norms of ethics, see attached. Anyone can apply on the website. Those applicants who will have two recommendations/referrals from current club members and meet all Membership Principles will be accepted. 

A Club member can be dismissed if he/she:

• Violates Membership Principles

• Violates Network State Business Club Norms of Ethics

• Delays membership payment for two months

Fees are charged by prepayment. 

Monthly membership fee:

• Armenia – 47,000 AMD per month or 350,000 annually for companies under 50M AMD revenue
• Armenia – 60,000 AMD per month or  500,000 AMD/year for companies above 50M AMD revenue 
• Foreign  – $250 per month or $3000 annually

• Private events in Armenia and abroad

• All main activities of the Club 
• Meetings with diplomatic representatives in Armenia and abroad.

Each member of the Network State Business Club is obliged to care about the following normatives. The violation of one of them will create a base for their dismissal from the Club.

1. Honesty and Integrity – Transparent communication between the members is required for all members. Members do not deliberately mislead or deceive others by misrepresentations, overstatements, partial truths, selective omissions, or any other means and when Business Club requires it, they supply relevant information and correct misapprehensions of fact.
2. Loyalty and respect for commitments – Loyalty means remaining faithful to business partners, coworkers, and clients to demonstrate your commitment. All disagreements between businesses should be resolved internally via negotiations, not in public.
3. Trust – All members of the Business Club enter into a trustful relationship while acting as a member of the Business Club. Trust is the core principle of the Club activity.
4. Respect – Becoming a member of the Business Club means respecting all members regardless of their business type or size, points of view, religion, gender, and other characteristics.
5. Open-mindedness – All members express their willingness to share their thoughts, and creative ideas and to contribute to the development of the Business Club.
6. Community involvement – All members are open to the community projects realized by the Business Club.

The Norms of Ethics mentioned above are obligatory for all companies/individuals who want to become a member of the Network State Business Club. Becoming a member means that you, as a member, are familiar with these Norms of Ethics and accept them from the moment of signing the membership agreement.
