On May 25, the “Cilicia” sailing ship’s 21st-anniversary celebration event was held at the Network State office. A number of Network State citizens, as well as government officials, diplomats, and people interested in network structures, participated in the event.
At the beginning of the event, Karen Balayan, the captain of the “Cilicia“ sailing ship and the board member of the Network State Panarmenian Foundation, welcomed the guests. Then the participants watched a film about the Cilicia sailing ship. Afterward, the captain presented interesting details on the Cilicia ship and Armenian seafaring, and a discussion was held on the topic. In the last part of the event, Vahram Ayvazyan, Network State founder and board chairman, presented the Cilicia civilizational project as a communicator bridging civilizations, cultures, and peoples. The civilizational navigation of the “Cilicia” ship was solemnly launched.
