Dear citizens and followers of the Network State,
Dear representatives of World Armenians,
32 years ago, on September 21st, the Armenian nation marked the rebirth of its statehood and subjectivity on a small piece of land of Hayq by voting in a referendum to proclaim its independence and indeed set on a promising path towards pro-Armenian solution of the Armenian question and ignited the souls of the World Armenians globally.
Except for the Artsakh freedom war, unfortunately, during the last 32 years because of the serious mistakes and continuous consummation of enormous opportunities committed by the Armenian authorities and the Panarmenian elite, we couldn’t record any remarkable achievements towards the solution of the Armenian question.
Today we celebrate the rebirth of our independence with a profound sorrow in our homeland Artsakh, during the ongoing genocide against our compatriots. The physical existence of Armenians who have lived and created there for thousands of years is now in jeopardy. This is not only a Panarmenian, but also a global disaster. The loss of yet another part of Hayq – Artsakh, is the failure of the newly created Network State, as well as all the representatives of World Armenians.
Today like never before, all of us need to be united and embark on a holy mission of creating and expanding a robust and durable Armenian system. The correct allocation and use of the spiritual, intellectual, and material resources of World Armenians is the imperative goal of the time. The Network State is now engaged in the sacred work of the existence and promotion of the Armenian subject with even greater momentum, expecting the vigorous and practical involvement of millions of representatives of World Armenians.
It is the sacred duty of all World Armenians to carry, preserve and develop the huge heritage of the Armenian civilization as a guarantee of the endurance of the Armenian system. The Armenian nation will persist within the realm of its historical footprint.
Will, endurance, consistency and responsibility to us all.
