Dear citizens of Armenia,
Dear representatives of the World Armenians,
On behalf of all Network State citizens and myself, I congratulate all of us on the Independence Day of Armenia. Independence is a supreme value, which each one of us is obliged to realize deeply and preserve with sanctity.

Armenia and the World Armenians are facing extremely difficult challenges today, to overcome which the effort and energy of each of us is necessary. Today, we are at war with genocidal neighbors Azerbaijan and Turkey, who brazenly and openly announce monstrous and Armenian-hating plans to wipe Armenia off the map and eliminate Armenian civilization from its cradle, the Armenian Highlands.

On behalf of the Network State uniting the World Armenians, I call on all of us to prepare for a long and persistent struggle in order to defeat the Armenian-hating and genocidal Turkish-Azerbaijani plans and impose peace on them once and for all.

Only by uniting around the idea of ​​protection and development of Armenian statehood can we reach intra-Armenian and Panarmenian consensus.
Armenian statehood stands above all, so let’s all commit ourselves to the sacred task of rebuilding it and making it truly sovereign.
