The Fight is Not Over: It is Just Beginning

On September 27th, 2020, Azerbaijan, with Turkey, Israel, Pakistan and over ten others, unleashed a full-scale war against the Republic of Artsakh. Over the course of three years, the Azerbaijani regime, consistently backed by the above mentioned allies, has been committing a genocide against the Armenians of Artsakh.

The Network State asserts that no regime, whether Azeri, Turkish, Russian, or any other, possesses the authority to commit acts of genocide against the Armenian nation, who have resided in Artsakh for millennia, and displace them from their ancestral land. Such actions grossly infringe upon the natural and historical rights of the Armenian people to continue living in Artsakh.

The Network State unequivocally invalidates the decree issued by president Samvel Shahramanyan of the Artsakh Republic on September 28th, 2023, which calls for the termination of the Artsakh Republic’s existence. This decree conflicts with fundamental human rights, both natural and historical.

The Network State remains committed to the ongoing endeavor of raising the Armenian factor, establishing a resilient and enduring Armenian system. We call upon Armenians residing in every corner of the world to join us in the urgent task of uniting our spiritual, intellectual, and material resources, having the Network State as a reliable platform.
The fight is not over; it is just beginning.

Willpower, determination, consistency and responsibility to us all.

Vahram Ayvazyan
Network State Founder and Board Chairman
