Our Foundation invites students to our internship program.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- At least 3 years experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, Armenian
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Experience working with data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong sense of teamwork and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
