In the conditions of absolute mistrust towards the system that governs the countries and the world, the most important issue is the creation of a universally reliable platform foreshadowing rebirth.

As the first step to ensuring a civilizational breakthrough, we propose to implement a permanent “Ararat” World Civilization Forum in Armenia, more precisely, in HAYQ, at the base of Mount Ararat, with annual representative forums coordinating and validating the process.

On the agenda is the imperative of building a new civilization, a new value system for coexistence, and an immediate process of its implementation. In this unprecedented historical turn, the forum will provide an opportunity to involve the intellectual and spiritual potential of Armenians, as well as the experience and wisdom of other peoples.
