The Network State has been working on the establishment of a civilizational center and within its framework it is launching a series of lectures on topics related to the Armenian civilization. A number of philosophers, scientists, and experts have already been working with the Network State on topics related to the history and cosmic mission of the Armenians.
The lectures take place at the Network State headquarters office in Yerevan, Hayq (Armenia).

A founding member of the Network State Civilizational Center, Armenologist, Calendarist, Heuristics Methodologist, and Candidate of Technical Sciences, Sergey Simonyan delivered a thought-provoking lecture titled ‘Armenian Origins and Armenianness (Solution to Hayk’s Mystery)’ at the Network State headquarters in Yerevan, Hayq on day Erezkan, in month Navasard of the year of 9185 (June 29, 2023). Afterwards, Vahram Ayvazyan, Network State founder and board chairman, announced the launch of the Network State Civilizational Center.
